I really like this bag — nice and roomy, with three interior pockets, two exterior pockets, plus matching accessories. I love the zippered pouch for keeping changing supplies ready to hand, and the changing pad has a little bit of padding, which is nice without adding bulk. Nice insulated bottle holder too. It ships direct from Amazon, so the shipping was LIGHTNING fast!

There is only one big drawback to this bag, and it’s a doozy — the one I received (as of 12/13/07) was chocolate brown and white, NOT brown and blue as pictured. Changing pad is chocolate brown too. But upon seeing it, I liked it BETTER than the brown and blue one I thought I was getting. It is very gender neutral and stylish, great for a parent that is waiting for a “surprise” baby, or for someone who wants something a little more sleek and a little less baby-ish.

Some things that I would have liked to see are an interior zippered pocket for Mom, a tether for keys or pacifier, or possibly an elasticized interior pocket large enough to put a bottle or sippy cup inside and keep it upright, but these are just nit-picky. The overall function is great! The pockets inside are just the right size for small items or diapers. The pockets on the outside the perfect size for the 4oz Avent bottles or for other small sippy cups with the flap closed. For larger or taller cups and bottles such as a 16.9 oz bottle of water, they fit great but you can’t close the flap. Not an issue — they work just fine. Objectively, these are not as important as having to room to pack what you need. Some diaper bags have so many pockets that you run out of room for larger items like toys, blankies and clothes. Not so for this bag. There is a nice balance between pockets and room, style and function.

This little wooden truck is good quality. Well constructed, very durable, and completely adorable. Rubber wheels make it gentle on the floors. It’s a perfect first truck, gentle on the environment, and safe for babies.

I’m sure we’ll be getting more of the trucks from Wonderworld.

Bought this with giftcard we received for my little son’s X-mas gift. It is a great little “car”. The wheels move with ease, and the little dumper is very cute, although my son hasn’t figured that part out yet. It is certainly sturdy enough to handle being tossed around by a wild little boy! would purchase again.

I haven’t had a chance to test this diaper yet, but did have a chance to look at it. The materials look and feel really good. I think this is one of the very few all-in-one diapers on the market that is made primarily with natural fibers. However, the way it snaps down to the smaller sizes leaves a big bunch of material all in the front, which is made even more ackward by the fact the diaper pocket stuffs from the front. Since I haven’t actually tried it yet, I’m not sure how much this affects functionality, but it definately doesn’t look like it would be as good of a fit as the bum genius or fuzzybuns one size for the younger babies. I think it wouldn’t be too bad for bigger (older) babies.

I bought this product to do my part with the environmental craze. I like using it around my daughter, as it has no harsh fumes, and the scent is very nice. I like to clean the tub before giving her a bath in the bath/shower that her father and I use everyday. When I use this product frequently (like every-other day or so,) it does a fine job. But if I haven’t cleaned the tub in over a week, it doesn’t quite cut through the soap scum. I end up using the scrubbing bubbles, and having to have the vent on in the bathroom to get rid of the fumes before I dare to take my little girl in the room.

I would say that this product is good for light cleaning, or a single person, but it isn’t up to the task of heavier jobs, or multiple-person families.

… all have IDENTICAL ingredients in them, according to the backs of their bottles:

Hydrogen peroxide (the active stain removal agent), biodegradable surfacants (for soil removal), citrus oil (for grease removal), food-grade, non-toxic oxygen stabilizers (to help the hydrogen peroxide last longer), Water.

However all three bottles have different UPC codes, and different codes on the bottoms of their bottles. 2110-4, 2110-5, and 2110-6.

Now perhaps each product has a different concentration of each of the above in them, but that seems strange… but having three different products with identical ingredients, catering to different things is strange as well… unless they wanted to try and maximize profits. “No, no, no, that’s for the shower! No, that’s for the kitchen!” I guess “All-Purpose will clean ANYTHING and GOOD for the ENVIORNMENT” was something the marketing team didn’t want to try.

Anyway, as for the product itself, it sprays on, I see soapy cleaning bubbles, it smells nice, and wipes away clean. So it does its job. But again, I find the above mysterious.

Since these products, as of my writing, have varying stock status, some being 24 hours, others 1 to 2 weeks, you can rest assured that they’re all just the same anyway.

At first these pads worked fine if you only have a few leaks, but the more I washed them the more ridiculous they became. They come out of the washer and dryer all wadded and even after stretching them out, they leave you very lumpy looking. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I am very disappointed in these Nursing Pads – fleece product. They are very, very thin and do not absorb leakage hardly at all. I can have one feeding and the nursing pad is soaked through enough to leak through my shirt. To get any kind of proper protection, I have to practically wear all 3 pads at one time. I do not even feel secure enough to wear these outside my home because they allow leakage through my shirt so easily.

I feel like these were a complete waste of my money. I want to be environmentally conscience as much as possible & buy reusable products but bad products like these nursing pads make a person want to give up & just buy the disposables nursing pads because you know those won’t leak.

I absolutely do not recommend this product at all. – they are soft & I liked the size. I’ll give them that much credit.

In addition to the valuable facts presented in the book, there is an extensive bibliography listing further titles by subject if you are interested in doing even more research. It also lists hundreds of mail order companies and websites. Bonus: readers of the book can call for a free issue of The Green Guide.

While this book does have many resources for parents trying to incorporate non-toxic and environmentally-friendly practices into their parenting, it assumes a very traditional Western approach to parenting, one in which one of the biggest jobs new parents face is acquiring the right STUFF to parent. Although there is a lot of information on cribs, there are few recommendations for parents who might want to co-sleep or have a family bed, such as three-sided cribs that attach to the parent’s bed, or equipment to make the family bed safer. The book presents the pros and cons of cloth diapers vs. disposables but does not mention anything about natural infant hygiene or elimination communication. Even the cloth diaper section is pretty skimpy, about a page and a half. Nor is there much information on baby carrying and wearing products, such as the huge variety of fabric slings now available. It’s not that parents who want to protect the enviroment need to adopt all of these practices, but a book that is supposed to offer ’safe, practical and affordable baby care’ for ‘a livable planet’ should at least mention some of these options in some depth and help make parents aware of them. This seems especially important in that these choices will determine what and how much you need to buy for your baby. If you plan to keep your baby in the same room or bed with you, you won’t need worry about stripping lead paint in the baby’s room. If you plan to use an infant potty after naps, you may not need to invest in a changing table. If you wear your baby in a sling for most of her first 18 months of life, you may not need a stroller, bassinett, playpen, walker or rocker.Use this book as a helpful guide to finding good, natural baby products once you’ve researched the most eco-friendly parenting practices (somewhere else).

I didn’t want an ugly looking “mommy bag”, and when I found these bags, I was pretty excited. I got the giraffe blue, and it looks great, it is a good size to put everything in, and there are a lot of pockets to put small items in so that you can find them easily. I like that the material will be easy to keep clean, just wipe if off and go.

This seller shipped the item pretty quickly, too.

We just bought this for our 11-month old daughter and absolutely loves it. We have another wooden walker with the ducks that clack when pushed, but she never seemed to take to it and also would constantly fall with it (she once banged and cut her chin on it) because it moved too quickly. The fact that you can change and control the speed with this push toy is fantastic and she can easily push it over our hardwood floors as well as the area rugs. She loves putting her stuffed bear in the basket and now we can’t get her to stop wanting to push it around the entire house! It is a bit pricey, but well worth it in my opinion given the quality and how much our daughter enjoys it.

AMENDMENT: after a couple of days, the front right wheel started to fall off. For some reason, the push toy kept veering to the right and although we initially thought it was just the way our daughter was pushing it, we soon figured out it was because the wheel was falling off. The wheel then fell completely off and we couldn’t get it back on because the threads on the bolt appeared damaged. Returned it to Amazon and they sent a new replacement via 2-day shipping, so I applaud their responsiveness.

I got this for my 9 month old daughter who wants to do nothing but pull up, stand and walk. I chose this product as it has adjustable friction (so she wouldn’t go flying across the floor!) It is wonderful. She loves it already (I unpacked it 2 hours ago.) We have put her books in the basket (which adds some weight to it) and she is already pushing the cart around and pulling up and sitting down by holding onto the walker. I have the friction on very high for a while until she gets used to the motion. It seems very sturdy. Just a great toy. I am thrilled with it.
